The Role

BEG is seeking a highly motivated Marketing Manager. This position will report to the department
hierarchy. The Marketing Manager will work closely with the agents, students and senior management
teams.


Specific responsibilities include

  • Establish and maintain positive and productive relationships with counselors and
    overseas education consultants.

  • Hold presentations, seminars and spot evaluation sessions.

  • Develop implement and manage a digital strategy to maximize international student
    recruitment.

  • A demonstrated ability to speak effectively to small and large groups in both informal
    and formal settings.

  • Work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Train and mentor others, as well as design training programs.

  • Exercise sound judgment and maintain a high degree of confidentiality.

  • Pro-actively generate ideas to develop business opportunities.

  • Maximize student recruitment to achieve financial goals established for the region.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Business Administration or a similar field
    preferred

  • Min 1 year Experience in Sales & Business Development

  • Able to travel and meet and liaise with potential partners and clients

  • Proven ability to negotiate and work with high-level executives

  • Strong analytical skills.


Skills and Experience

  • Highly preferred candidates with experience in one or all areas, including: international
    education, higher education

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, word

  • Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and influencing skills are required

  • Knowledge of general trends, economic drivers and policies across the international education
    sector preferred.

REGIONAL MANAGER

Position Available

The Role         

BEG is looking for a qualified, organized, passionate, and committed Regional Manager in India to lead the way for the India BEG team. The Regional Manager must be a personable with excellent skills and knowledge related to the international education sector. The Regional Manager is responsible for managing operations in their respective country and overseeing the day-to-day performance of the team. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to improving on business strategies, increasing profitability of the company, and ensuring the agents stay motivated.


What You’ll Do

  • Establish and maintain positive and productive relationships with counsellors and overseas education consultants

  • Disseminate communications and activities online using CRM and social media platforms including delivering key or inspiring messages and encouraging engagement from agents, higher education institution leaders, and students

  • Be on the lookout for prospective agents


Who We’re Looking For

  • Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in International Education

  • Master’s degree, MBA or any other related field, strongly preferred

  • Fluent in the English language

  • Significant experience in the sales and marketing domain

  • Provide strategies on how to increase international student enrolment at BEG (Canadian Curriculum Delivery) partner institutions based on research and market analysis.

  • Engage and maintain communication with institutions regularly.
